Biography

Cassidy Turbin is a Los Angeles-born and based drummer, engineer and producer. He is brothers with film composer and orchestrator, Jason Turbin (Oculus, Ouija, Linsanity, Proxy, Life of Crime, Dementia )

Cassidy’s engineering, production and work as a musician span many genres, from jazz artists such as Keyon Harrold, French pop artist Sébastien Izambard, to alt-rock chameleon Beck, including his 2105 Morning Phase, which he took home 3 Grammy awards for. He also received a NAMM TEC Award in early 2016 for his work on Beck’s Dreams.

2018 should see the release of newer contributions, including singles by Aloe Blacc and Sabina Ddumba an EP by Storefront Church, a full-length album by artist Frith, as well as a first solo album by Fiona Grey.

He currently works out of his studio in North Hollywood, CA since its early 2016 completion.
